We produce fourteen varieties of apple juice (a taste for every palate) made in our own traditional Norfolk barn, with apples fresh from the trees. The apples are pressed with a modern belt press to produce a pure apple juice, with no additives other than vitamin C to prevent oxidation, and the juice really does taste just like the apples it was made from. It is served at Buckingham Palace garden parties and receptions and is available for purchase at fine food shops and supermarkets.
