The Park is open every day, there is no charge for entry and parking is also free. There are two waymarked Nature Trails, one 1½ miles long and the other 2½ miles long, and there are many other woodland paths to explore. Alternatively, tractor and trailor tours run daily when the House is open offering, for a small charge, an easy way to see the Park. The Country Park is planted with a mixture of evergreen and deciduous trees, mainly Corsican and Scots pine mixed with oak, sweet chestnut and birch, and supports an abundance of animals, birds and plants.
